Metro Taller 5th Gear Potential Availibility

http://www.teamswift.net/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=38197 over on teamswift there is a guy who is looking into getting a taller 5th gear made up so if anyone here is interested head over that way and let him know. I figure the more who want it the cheaper they will be. Also if there is enough interest maybe the company will keep the pattern and be able to make them on demand in the future.

A taller 5th is way easier to install than changing final drive ratio, just take the side cover off and swap them with the trans still in the car. No speedometer changes or anything else are required.

Are they doing custom grinds, or will they cut one style of extra gear and you decide whether you want/need it?
I have not yet put the 353 Suzuki trans into my Metro so I am unaware of how that gearing will react on the freeway.
Taller may not be better in some cases.
