I will be watching the reveal tonight at 8:30PST.
https://www.teslamotors.com/
The Tesla Model ☰ is the raison d'être for their existence - everything they have done up until now - was done so they could build the Model ☰.

Holy cow, it's here already?
I mean, I've been waiting forever, but I figured I would have to continue waiting forever.
Hopefully the car turns out to be reliable. It seems there are many quality issues with the current Tesla offerings. A shame for such an expensive and highly engineered vehicle.

Just saw the reveal.
Base model is $35k
Autopilot on all models
215 miles minimum range
5-star safety rating
0-60 MPH in 6 seconds
I'm wondering if the $35k price is before or after the $7,500 tax credit. Tesla is notorious for quoting pre-tax prices.
The car looks great, but I don't care for the hidden door handles. It's just one more expense and thing to go wrong.

$35K is starting from Tesla
There are however limited tax credits, so some people who bought last night might not actually get one. The tax credit is based on the dealer not the purchaser.
Hands down: Model 3 > Bolt

No, but the hype machine is. The actual vehicle will arrive over a year from now. That's almost as bad as the so-called election 'cycle'.
I sure hope they're going to stick a grille on that front end. It looks like Neo in the Matrix when they delete his mouth.
Okay, okay. I'm intruiged. Really intruiged. But I'm from Missouri.

Well, if Tesla does not offer a fake grill, others will, but it would be nice if this helped reverse the trend of over-emphasized grills.

I watched last night and I think it looks amazing. I'm glad they embraced the no grill thing. I hate how so many cars have giant grills, but they are mostly just black plastic grill blocks.

I don't know, but I think Tesla lost the message on this one. From news reports, it "boasts a roof area with a continuous pane of glass". It's supposed to be an electric car, guys, not an effing solar cooker on wheels!
