Model X towing a Bowlus naked and with aeromods

https://youtu.be/w6TNeUlxVsA

Just posted this video today of the case specific towing situation of a Tesla Model X towing a Bowlus naked then with aeromods to reduce the energy consumption by 30%. This make it possible to still have 272 miles of range with the Model X.

data addendum to Road Chief numbers

I just wanted to clarify a point about the Bowlus-Teller Road Chief values.I added skirting and dropped the belly pan accordingly to match the bellies of the Model X and Bowlus.
In a 'perfect' world, all RV travel trailers would have air springs, telescoping hitch, and command and control, through the electric umbilical, such that,on the open road, where no appreciable ground clearance is actually necessary, the trailer would drop to match bellies with the tow vehicle for the commute to the camp site.Frontal area would be reduced, and drag with it.Range would improve.Center of gravity would be lowered, adding stability.Susceptibility to crosswind gusts and roll-over would be mitigated.Splash and spray-related,inclement weather visibility issues for following motorists would also be addressed.
As an industry-wide standard, mass production and attendant economies of scale would make the air suspension modification cost effective, and rationalization of design would allow for universal parts and service availability, plug and play,at minimum cost.Life cycle cost of ownership savings would greatly overshadow any up front initial outlay.A tax-free pay raise.
