MC wind tunnel

I'd send a letter out to Cal Tech University,Pasadena,California, directed at the GALCIT wind tunnel folks.
They did the testing for the E-Z-HOOK LSR MC and went through many design iterations before they could compromise on a STABLE,low-drag configuration.
These folks fully understand the peculiarities of MC/aero stability challenges.
They might be willing to advise you.
PS They were charging about $2,500/day a decade ago for testing and data reduction services.
PPS A couple decades ago,the Williams F1 folks were spending,on average,$280,000 a year, per master modeller,to create the scale Indycar models for their own tunnel.Models which required 1/1000-inch detail accuracy.
