I recently encountered a new traffic light with 4 different signals including in red, yellow, and green. What am I supposed to do when the light is flashing a yellow arrow?

i dont pay attention to stop lights....they are just for inexperienced riders anyway.

The side you are seeing is flashing yellow. The sides to the left and right are flashing red. You should slow down and proceed with caution. If you came to the flashing red then treat it like a stop sign.
