If you have Spiffie kit, then you have USB socked in MPGuino. If you dont find USB socket, then you dont have simple way to reflash it.
If you have ATMega chip programmer or separate Arduino, then you can reflash chip by moving chip to arduino -> reflash -> move chip back to mpguino.

Note: DCB verson of mpguino probably runs at 20MHz and does not have bootloader - then only option is to use ATMega programmer.
