My fuel miser is acting up. 97 HX

Hi, long time reader but this is my first post. I have a 97 Civic HX with 225k. A few weeks ago I started having issues with the idle. Threw code p1508 IACV. Replaced it twice and the code and idle issues remained. I was about to start tracing wires looking for a short when I came across a ECU cheap so I bought it and put it in. The idle issues went away but it threw code p1162 (primary wideband o2). I cleared the code and plugged my obdlink in and started the car to watch real time data. Im not positive what the o2s should be reading but I do know the coolant temp sensor was wildly fluctuating on my pc not my gauges(different sensor). It was reading 400F then 60F then it would level off at 180 which is probably the true temp of the coolant.

I have a few ideas here

A. P1162 could be a wiring issue and it goes into the same bundle as the coolant temp sensor. Maybe theres a short in that bundle somewhere.

B. There is air in the coolant and the o2 is actually bad.

C. The coolant temp sensor is bad too.

Any ideas are appreciated. Also if anyone has a spare wideband o2 sensor for sale let me know.

If you can watch your data while you probe around the harness you may find the intermittent brake or short.
