From my point of view, the rear looks like a parachute to me!

The front and rear underbody panels have to be unitized, one continued piece or many smaller puzzled pieces(easier).

There are NO wheel TABS, front or rear!
AND I would add rear-ward facing tears/tabs which would let the broken air recover easier instead of crashing together. Those should be mandatory for MPG+ attacks :-))))

Hope this helps out a bit,. In my calculus, by adding these "trivial"(yeah, sure...), your MPG's should raise 5-7 ish or +

YES, get the 13" tires BUT keep same if possible, the tire contact patch.
