Need info help ASAP!

Mission Accomplished! Bought a 2001 red CVT.

Need some emergency help info though. I need to go pick it up tomorow but the RMV is closed. I live in MA btw. My insurance company has no offices within 100miles of me, so would a call suffice instead of getting it stamped? I was also told i could take the plates off my current car, take a greyhound bus to the insight i bought, and put the plates on it and it'll be fine, is this the case?

Were the RMV open on Sunday i'd just get new plates then. Never bought a car from a dealer before. Need info help ASAP!

A dealer should have 10 day/ dealer plates that you can use to drive the car home. Insurance should be as easy as a call to your company and an email of your cards that you can print out for proof. I know that Mass has some... um...different rules, but I think that is still applicable. Here in VT, using the old plates would be OK, just tell any officer that stopped you that you already put the paperwork in the mail and expect it back soon and your covered. Proof of insurance is still mandatory.

Dealer should take care of registration, and all the involved paperwork. Insurance should be just a phone call. Some people have insurance that covers the "driver" so they can drive any car and they are covered.
