I have Optra (Forenza) What do u suggest to get me started!!

I am Electronic Engineer and can use my skills in software and hardware to mod my car, any suggestions

Welcome to the forum!

Start with instrumentation. If your car doesn't already have a fuel economy readout, you can make one (MPGuino) or buy one (ScanGauge or equivalent).

Then start reading through the list of driving techniques and working on that. It's very rare that someone can't improve their economy quite a bit by modifying their driving style.

There have been aerodynamic modifications that have been implemented incorrectly, but the failures are the fault of the creator and not the actually modifications themselves.

Everything on this site equates to more MPG.

Yes, there is a thread on here called "the worst ecomodders ever" or something like that. I believe it's in the "Ecomodding Central" catagory. I know I've seen a couple other threads complaining about not being able to get any positive results, too.
