Actually, aero drag goes up 61.98% from 55MPH to 70MPH. (It goes up with the square of the speed.) Rolling drag only goes up about 27%.

As jakobnev and rmay635703 have posted, acceleration wastes fuel. Don't spend excessive time accelerating; just get it over with. Your wallet (and the drivers behind you) will appreciate your effort.
