No, as noted above there are 4 only components of the RS package. Tire/wheel combo is particular to trim level: LS, 1LT, 2LT, LTZ, Eco or Diesel. The 1LT 16" wheels unfortunately are not as light as the Eco 17".

Some info if you want to make it a FFV.

2011 Chevrolet Cruze

Apparently with my Cobalt XFE no parts needed hopefully I'll get his data and have the FFV enabled in a few weeks. He says near the bottom of the page no parts needed for the Cruze either.

At least in my country the Cruze is only available as an FFV.
