New hybrid financial incentives?

I know there use to be a federal tax credit and maybe other financial incentives for purchasing a green car. I'm considering a new Cmax hybrid. The dealer said they are not aware of any tax or otherwise incentives for this model. Is that true? Seems electric only get a tax benefit or other, but hybrids no longer?

The powers that be in Va have a new "incentive", they charge you an extra 100 bucks a year for owning a hybrid.

I use to work for bank of america and they gave you 3 grand for buying a new hybrid or ev. They put it in your check once you filled out a form and witheld 250 bucks for taxes.
