New Induction Charged Electric buses in the UK
Here's a short article and film on the first induction charged electric buses to be used in Britain
BBC News - Wirelessly charged electric buses set for Milton Keynes
Oddest thing I imagine will be the lack of noise and diesel fumes- difficult to imagine (even with the current trend for hybrid buses)
what do we think?

Makes sense to me, short haul, multi stops, low average speeds.

I have a friend who won't eat microwaved food as she thinks it makes the food radioactive.
She would run a mile if she saw one of these plates in the road.
Enough "radiation" to power a bus. eeek!
