Hi, everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dave, and I'm a 'Stangoholic since 7-23-07.
My Mustang was my first NEW vehicle I ever purchased.

I've been a lurker for a week or so. I've known "Big Dave" for over 10 years on Jason's Ford Diesel forums.

I'll eventually update my profile with my '89 F-250 mpg numbers...

Thanks for the welcome.
I posted the last 126 fill-ups in my F-250 today. This goes back to 2003. I've owned the truck since May 20, 1996.
The deep 3-bar notches in the graph show when I took my slide-in camper over to southern California for family reunions.

I'll update both vehicles at every fill-up.

Dave

Thanks for the welcome, cfg83.
I've achieved this fuel economy with my Mustang without any eoc, p&g, or dwl. I use the cruise control most of the time at highway speeds. I try to anticipate stoplights, and I use the dfco feature to control my speed on downhills and for deceleration (I do a lot of downshifting to decelerate). It saves brakes AND fuel.

And I haven't managed to get through a tank of fuel yet without giving it 100% throttle and/or barking the tires on a 1-2 shift at least once.
Aging is inevitable; maturing is optional....
