Hi

Im 21 and studying Automotive Engineering and live near Liverpool.

Currently have a 2002 Ford Focus 1.6 litre petrol as a daily hack and a Peugeot 106 track car project on the go.

Main hypermiling methods are coasting in neutral (alot) and keeping revs down and load high.

Petrol is £1.35/ litre here at the moment (about $8.30/ US gal!) so I'm looking to improve my fuel economy further.

Welcome along, fuel in the UK is a joke...not a funny one. Buy a diesel and run it on cooking oil or heating oil lol

I have to admit high fuel prices is not all bad, ive gone from a 18mpg car to a 60 mpg car so im using alot less fuel.
