I'm a little disappointed by that engine bay,not like rust,etc isn't to be expected on a 20 y/o Civic just the rest of that car is sooo clean and then you see that.

Kind of a let down,just saying..
I'd clean it up,fix everything wrong with it and then profit.

Do her right,it's gonna get done sooner or later.
