No need to wait for Elio vaporware/con...

Just download a 3D printed car, Blade from Divergent Microfactories. They hope to revolutionize vehicle construction. They can provide aluminum nodes and carbon fiber tubing to create the chassis, exactly just like our K'Nex toys. The body skin design could vary according to your design. Their Blade supercar design has a 700 hp bi-fuel engine and expected performance numbers.
