Where is the top half?
Nifty find, but I would rather find a supermileage mold to stick a moped drivetrain in.

That IS the top half. Ya put release on there then shoot with a 'glass chopper, or do hand lay-up, your choice.

Where did you find this thing? Just lying around on campus?

Putting a moped drivetrain in that car would be awesome and it would probably still be registered as a motorcycle anyway. Get a taller transmission and say hello to 150+ MPG, if not 200+!
Although this would be even more tempting.

In the first post, follow the link.
I once purchased a radio tuner there from the early 1970's for $5 or $10, in rough cosmetic shape but out performs my $900 one from the 1990.
I wish I did not pass up the oscilloscope for $55.00, it had a Flash Gordon look to it.
I could have bought a Rover turbine for $410.00!

Wrong Frank.
However, I have to admit it took me a while to visualize in my head. I could have not done it without botsapper's link early on.

I guess the top would be all solar panels and a small canopy.
