I can picture a lot of places that would work! However I think we've been increasing speed limits.

As we adopt self driving cars, I wonder if that speed will increase further. Maybe just for self driving cars.

All solutions on this thread are priced far better than a Polaris Ranger EV ... at about $18K US ... and it has a lead acid pack that needs a watering kit, a desulphator, etc :(

Did I mention you need to be a DIYer to drive the Polaris? Judging by the complaints on the forums, many of the dealerships that sell them don\'t know how to maintain them and don\'t do warranty work.
