I remember something similar if not the same thing posted and immediately thought of that small one with a low top speed.

Googled it, 62mph.

I can picture a lot of places that would work! However I think we've been increasing speed limits.

As we adopt self driving cars, I wonder if that speed will increase further. Maybe just for self driving cars.

Someone of influence might have a 120-decibel conversation with the DOT and NHTSA, and allow citizens to drive vehicles like these at their own peril.
