Been around a while. I seem to recall it doubles the fuel economy of the bike from which the engine is lifted... (The venerable Hayabusa)

thats just a gross thing. a bike is not supposed to be all enclosed, its also supposed to be quick and easy to turn and able to be held up by yo. this isnt a bike, its a 4 wheel car

It's a bike. The landing gear fold upward above a certain speed and drop down at low speed. It steers like a bike. It has a reverse gear like a Gold Wing so you can park it like a car.

Wish they didn't cost so much.

It looks silly with the landing gear, even if it is up most of the time....and I kinda doubt 340mph and 700hp also. Not too many Busas up at 700hp, even when turboed.

Nobody gets to ride the "fast" one; it is a show bike with a story element. The Ecomobile folks require you to take a day's training before they will sell you one, and the odds are that you will still forget to deploy the landing gear within a year.

I wonder if having the stabilizers deploy automatically in 1st gear or n would solve that? Of course they have had decades to think about it so they know best.
