In a word:Re-enactors.
In that case they cheaped out of the axles and tires, so it looks a little funny. Here's a better effort, from before I figured out to capture the name of the video along with the timeline scrubber:

Coming to my neighborhood with a Nazi tank replica wouldn't be a smart move.

Have things quieted down a bit there? I hope you can keep the focus on corruption and not let yourselves be divided and conquered.
I added the Boonie Bug to bring a little balance to that post.

Must...build...Boonie Bug! There's a hashed out Westfalia I can get for free, I think it runs. If only I had a shop, and you know, some mechanical abilities ha ha. Thanks for posting that, it's the coolest kit I have seen in a long time!

Thanks? There's a button for that. (I'm shameless)
I was actually trying to find another plan that Mechanix Illustrated published back in the day. It was similar, except it was built on a back bone frame that articulated in roll just ahead of the drivetrain. It would lock for highway driving and then unlocked it had massive wheel travel that would follow the terrain even though it was only 2WD. I settled when I came across the Boonie Bug.
What year is that Westy? Clear title? Need a lawn mower?

We're already too divided back here. Things quieted down for a while but I'm not sure how long before things go crazy again.
