Power assisted tandem bike with aerodynamic fairings?

Whats up Eco Mods! Ive been lurking the forums for a while looking for ways to get better mileage from my Bronco. Needless to say Ive given up and want to move on to other such projects. I want to build a tandem bike that sits low to the ground like one of those bikes you pedal with your arms except it will be leg and motor powered by 3 or 4 people. I have an idea for the exoskeleton covered in tarp. Other than that I have no idea where to start.
