I don't have a picture, but the setup is extremely simple. I removed the stock intake 'horn' assembly that attaches to the intake box. It's the plastic piece that has two forks, one going forward and the other down to the intake port in the fender well. That leaves a round opening into the air box. I attached a piece of appropriate sized accordion type exhaust riser tubing that I bought at a parts store. It's about 3 inch diameter by about 3 feet long, pleated paper with wire coiled inside. I routed it forward from the air box, then across the front of the engine compartment. It's tied with wires to various points to hold it in place. The open end is then stretched out to be about two inches away from the exhaust manifold shroud, next to the O 2 sensor.
You could as easily use a dryer exhaust vent tube, the foil/wire accordion type.
