I've always wanted a Puma driving boot, but my feet are just too damn wide.

I'm using synthetic flat-soled soccer shoes now.

(currently using these. Don't laugh about the color, don't have much choice out here)

Allows a lot of flex at the toes, comes with a nice thin sole and rolled heels.

Better than driving barefoot.

I sometimes drive in aquasocks, but those are a bit too flexible. I like the sole to be a bit stiff.

When you said "soccer shoes" it got me thinking about field soccer. But these one seem more suitable to futsal. When I was still learning to drive, I have used futsal shoes to drive a few times.

They are indeed futsal shoes, but I don't know how familiar everyone here is with the term.

Sure. Well, I used to be a good goalkeeper in my school days.

I was track. We used futbol shoes with the rear spikes sawed off for sprinting.

Anyway, it seems like futsal shoes are already good enough for driving.
