Refill: Coffee only, not gas!

I love when I need/want to stop at a gas station for coffee or whatever, but don't need fuel for the car.

Yeah, I pull in a lot just to squeegee the windows since I tend to go two and a half weeks between fill ups

I'm more ashamed to relieve the bladder than to buy gas. This means I'm ashamed most trips, as it takes quite a long time to travel 500 miles.

I keep caffeine tabs in the center console along with ibuprofen, and carry a cooler with assorted food / beverages.

The wife refills her coffee from lunch and brings it home to moi.
I filled up my tanks on 1/09/16 and 2/07/16. 42 gallons in two months.
(16.5 gallons in jugs).

Fortunately, in my area there is a chain of nonprofit rest stops. I believe it is called McDonald's. However, I would trust an egg salad sandwich from a vending machine in the bathroom of a truck stop more than their memorabilia.

Well, the sandwich would likely make you smarter and stronger.

Last night I dined at a truck stop. It's one of the parts I like the most about road trips.

I know the feeling! When I was driving back from Texas (Long story) I stopped a total of five times. Only two of those times was to get gas. That was almost 1000 miles.

It was an amazing feeling. Although the rental Focus I had, had a rattly passenger seat that drove me up the wall. Still got really good MPG for the drive though!
