Lpg?

Hi all,

Finally cracked 10 mpg.
I have a question, for anyone running LPG. The factory figures for my landcruiser are around 12-13mpg depending what site you look at.
I run my 4by on LPG which supposedly yeilds 30% less energy per volume than petrol.
My aim at the moment is to crack 12mpg on lpg.
The question is when talking about FE, would it be cheating to adjust the figures by that 30%?
Not in order to hit my goal, just so I'm talking apples for apples. For example my last fill was 10.49mpg, divided by 0.7 is 14.98mpg. Would it be reasonable to say my fe at my last fill is a comparitive 14.98mpg or is that just cheating?

I asked a similar question on another forum about adjusting FE by 2% due to California's use of 5.6% ethanol. The unanimous response was to report my mileage unaltered.

fair call.

One of these days I should fix the carby so it will run on petrol and see what it gets.
Onwards with the march towards 12mpg. I rekon I should be able to get there, this fill included a 20 minute crawl through a jam.
I haven't started EOC or turning it off at lights as I'm too worried it wont start when I need it to.
Working on that.
