RSX front belly pan

To date my only eco mods on my RSX type S is max tire PSI and an Ultra Guage. The newest mod I have done is extended the stock belly pan.

Here is the before.

The After.

I have used 1 tank of gas and got 29.54 mpg but it has been raining pretty hard the last week so I will have to do a few more tanks to get a feel for the results.

Your photos aren't showing up.

Seems you are getting the same mpg as my TSX... I had considered the RSX when I was in the market for a car. I believe there are more mods available for the car. There are no turbo kits for the TSX, for example. The gearing is a little taller too I think.

I'm thinking about doing a belly pan on the TSX, but really it just needs taller gears to be efficient. 3000RPM at 70MPH is way too high.

That is high, I am about 2400-2500 RPM around 71 MPH on my V6 nissan.

What RPM are you at when traveling 70mph? I've considered swapping in an RSX final drive, but I believe that will only drop my RPM by 8%. I'd still be doing 2700 RPM at 70, which still might be worth the hassle. I'm on the fence.

I'm not sure if I will do a rear cover. They seem to be harder to make so they don't turn into a big parachute.
