For Sale: 2015 Nissan Leaf Modules

Just purchased a complete Leaf battery (48 modules) with under 10K miles. Will be delivered to Florida on Sat. the 11th of March. Whatever is inside ( cables, connectors, etc.) will probably also be available. I need some for myself, but, probably 30 modules will be available. Great for home backup or off grid-semi off grid, or e- vehicles, golf cars, etc. Each module measures approx. 9" X 11.5" X 1.25" . Weight per module approx 8 pounds. Voltage nominal 7.6 @ 66Ahr per module.

I had manipulated an original bunch of Leaf Modules a couple years ago to get the 15.2V nominal. Sorry for the wrong voltage info.

These are in Florida, USA.

$115.00 per module + S&H through Fed-Ex. Maximum 3 modules per pkg-cardboard box. Also, larger purchase can be shipped freight + S&H

What documents do you need ?? There should be year/date stickers on the case of the battery. There has been SOME information gleaned from the can system, but, I have not received that, yet.

What exactly are you afraid of with this offer ?

This is the lowest price I will take at $105.00 per module + S&H.

Just so folks get correct information, I have recently shipped modules to Mississippi state and also Calgary Alberta Canada, using both FedEx and inadvertently, UPS. They have ready made stickers stating Lithium battery and a limit of 4 modules per pkg if you state there is 2 batteries in a pkg or less. No special packing. I just made boxes out of heavy cardboard and packing tape.

A 4 Module pkg weighs roughly 36 pounds. Don't know litres.

So, the bad info out there saying Lithium batteries can NOT be shipped FedEx or UPS is hereby BS.
