Well, I didn't so much get tired of the airdam. I wish I still had it, but it had an unfortunate interaction with a rutted driveway in which it got completely ripped off.
Sadly, I didn't have enough remaining ABS to make another one.

I think you missed the point I was trying to make, which is that it's not rational to do either speed or fuel economy mods for economic reasons. You do it as a form of recreation, for the fun and for the challenge.
