ScanGauge II faster response

I just learned a way to decrease the lag of data to the ScanGauge II! If the delay on the scan gauge II is too slow just increase the rate in the more>more>rate screen to "fast." I don't know why this is not the standard setting but I for one find the lag counterproductive.

I'm guessing it isn't the default because it works more reliably and/or in more cars in "slow" mode. Just a guess though.

I'm also pretty sure, but you have to set it to fast every time you make a trip. I don't think it stays on fast...

I can now verify, it does stay on fast. You don't need to change it every time. The data delay is quite a bit less. I like it!
