Have yo heard about this underbone motorcycle that drives 129 km/liter?

I was doing some research about fuel economy and efficiency and I came across a video on Youtube. I'm not exactly sure but I think it's a video from the Philippines(still can't post links because I'm new). What are they doing there? How the frick can they do that? That's 320 miles/gallon! The motorcycle itself looks a bit small for an average american male but I guess it would really work for me. Just sad that they don't sell it here in the U.S. The only downside is that it only reaches 60-65 mph.

It’s a moped not a motor cycle

Came back with low 200mpg result

What is the top speed 55mph?

Who will import one into the US first?

They are sold in the Philippines , a motorcycle isn’t hard to import as there simply aren’t the same laws blocking importation like a car.

Sorry, man. I'm new to this and I grew up from an unprivileged family that's why I don't know much about importing laws. I also called it a motorcycle because I read that it was marketed as an "underbone motorcycle". I think I gotta up my game here.

Such an extremely low mileage claim doesn't sound real, but the Honda Pop 110i available in Brazil is often reported to get around 50km/l

I am seeing a considerable amount of these, most likely due to an increase to the demand for food delivery services.

I don't think a petrol motorcycle/scooter with such good economy exists, maybe you are mistaken.

The Yamaha r15 v3 is a sports bike that can achieve 44-55km/L (depending on driving) thanks due to its variable valve actuation (and my aero top box) which destroys all other motorcycle designs in existence. Also the top speed is about 157km per hour and higher with my aerodynamic top box (untested).

However people in USA can't be allowed to have an r15 v3 because it's too awesome or something. I bought it as soon as it came into Australia in late 2019. It is very uncomfortable riding position but economic and more powerful than other small motorcycles in it's class.

The closest example of an underbone motorcycle that I know of that is good is NBC110 which offered 44km/L thanks to my 50cm narrow handle bar mod. This little bike would manage to reach 115km/hr in racing tuck (how accurate it is I don't know but it was exciting to do top speed runs). You can't have that in USA pretty sure.

Underbone - Wikipedia
An underbone is a type of motorcycle that uses structural tube framing with an overlay of plastic or non-structural body panels and contrasts with monocoque or unibody designs where pressed steel serves both as the vehicle's structure and bodywork.

Even though the tiered licensing system in Australia can be more favorable to such small motorcycles with a higher degree of technical sophistication, it does surprise me the R15 is available in Australia.
