Coroplast isn't flexible enough for the applications I need it for. It'll kink when I try to make it curve to meet the bumper.

If you bend coroplast against the fluting, rather than along it, it will not kink. It will retain it's shape if fastened, and over time, will actually "remember" that shape, after several heating/cooling cycles.
