the only good thing on that engine, is that when you compress the air on the cyl. the air dissipates the heat on that cyl, then you have ''fresh'' air on the other cyl... nah...
Other ''GREAT'' thing about that engine! more pistons! oohh... awesome
must be fake.

I can't see how adding twice the components per cylinder is a good thing? If the other piston fired also you would still have a power stroke every crank rotation. It looks like they took an early W design and did some clever animation.

As I see it, the design replaces a 4-stroke 4-cylinder with a 2-stroke 2-cylinder (with two 'helper' cylinders). The component count really doesn't change, just the manifolding.

I suspect there may be issues with the fixed crankshaft offset having a non-linear effect at varying rotational speeds.
