Round about 1980 and on, I worked with the Apple][, and thought, "hey, you could add a wheel and pedals and teach driver's education." Instead we got Grand Theft Auto.

Along about 1984 I interviewed with a developer that was making an online shopping cart. He administer the Briggs-Meier Type Indicator test as part of the application process.

Of course Amazon has steam-rollered everyone who had steam-rollered him.

alexshock -- I don't know how deep you are in the development process, but it will involve a tool chain. One of the early tools I would add would be MarkDown by John Gruber of Daring Fireball

I'm still in a "research" phase))
I have a lot of experience in different ecommerce projects - but now I'm trying to dive into new business models specifically for SMB/SOHO.
