SGII customer support

I'm really stoked right now about my the customer support I got from the ScanGauge company.

My 4+ year old SGII's screen broke. I emailed customer support and asked them what the model was on the screen so I could just order a new one and change it myself. They emailed me back and told me to send it in for a free repair.

I just got it back today and not only did they change the screen but they also replaced the cord because the little clip broke off and I had it super glued into the SGII.

Yeah, Linear Logic really is a great company and they take care of their customers very very well! We've had a few concerns brought up to them over the years, and they're always super helpful.

Personally, I also had a SG that the x-gauge feature wasn't working on my Prius. I saw their booth at a show and asked about the issue. He said they had upgraded to a new chip inside the SG and the new one worked fine with the newer cars. He also said to go run and get my SG if I had it with, and he would give me a brand new one in return. I took him up on it.

Ditto on the customer service from Linear Logic. I contacted them about an upgrade a while back and the cost involved with sending it to them across the border from Canada. He sent me a new upgraded board with instructions on installation completely free of charge. Makes it worth the cost to know they're going to look after you.
