Weird ScanGauge issue

I got a new scangauge and installed it yesterday, set it all up, saved som x gauges, yadda yadda.

Today I filled up, and did the first fill up procedure. Since then, every time I start now the car info is reset to default. But the x gauges are still stored. Not sure what the issue is, anyone have this issue? Right now it is worthless to me, so any help is appreciated.

Car is a 2001 Jetta TDi. And like I said, untill I did the first fill up procedure, it worked like a charm!

By car info do you mean the engine size and that its a diesel? Honestly, I'd contact linear logic. Their customer support is quite helpful.

Mine does that occasionally. I had the unit replaced 2 ties. I suspect it is a VAG ecu issue in my case. I'd file an RMA with linear logic if I were you.

Well I unplugged the unit, and it's working fine again, so if it happens next fillup then I will be sending it back.
