Skoda aerodynamics
I'll see if I can do a link. Nope!
'The perfectly aerodynamic SKODA Octavia and Combi' is what I was looking at.

Small tufts on their test car, is there a size guide for tuft sizes? I would think that smaller more dense tufts would have more resolution, but is that actually better?

I use them from about 25 - 75mm in length. Smaller tufts have better resolution eg you can pick the size of a separation bubble behind the A pillar much better with smaller rather than larger tufts. But of course smaller tufts take a lot more time to apply. The Skoda ones are the smallest I think I've seen used professionally.
Nice to see tufts making a return in media release pics - they show airflow much better than smoke, I think.
