In my country, even relatively simple and safe LPG conversion is illegal to do-it-yourself. You are required to have it made in certifies service center and you are subject to annual inspection.

-- Also, you face danger of explosion already in the process of making the gas, whether your customer has tanks on roof or not. I dare to say that cars with hydrogen tanks would be actually much safer than your gacility to bubble and compress it. HHO mixture can actually explode without any spark thanks to heating during compression.
Agreed. These hurdles still need to be overcome.
I never said I was going to do it myself however, the idea is to let it be executed by a professional. I'm just determining how the conversion is best done.

You still have not answered us the crucial question: why do you think people will pay for conversion and then for more expensive fuel that offers inferior range in comparision with other solutions?
Or is it plan for time EU bans all gasoline engines? Is it going to happen in near future?

Look, all written here is meant to educate you. If it sounds rude, sorry but it really is not meant to be. You just seem to be blindfolded by your vision.
How old are you, by the way?

Easy stuff, should have it sorted in a fortnight.

Ok, let me know what calculations were wrong, and where I messed up, and what you think the outcome of these calculations should be.

It's correct, the energy conversation is horribly inefficient, which is exactly what it should be.
To make it anything else would violate basic physics, and known laws of science.
