CAUTION - DEVIL'S ADVOCATE - What happened to using employees, police, military, prisoners, etc. in such dangerous jobs?
Historically it's been done ALL the time (just ask the survivors of Chernobyl).
Somewhere, the CO$T of a HUMAN LIFE crosses the co$t of a "smart" TOOL and people become truly EXPENDABLE.

Ive said all along Google,Facebook, texting, digital phone service, etc was part of the gov data capturing network for over seeing its citizens.
