Is borophene better than graphene?

This is one of those random videos that YouTube showed me when I was logged out: All that I got out of it is that borophene is simultaneously stronger and more flexible than graphene and all that I picked up from Google is that the name borophene doesn't make sense.

Boro[n]-phene?

It would be more like borene, but that was already taken.

So, the name makes as much sense as aircrete?

It seems that you do better when logged out. I've never logged in; but with a fresh new browser, Youtube profiles me pretty quickly.

Borophene doesn't have the years of research that Graphene has had. Maybe it has a 'magic angle'? duckduckgo.com/?q=graphene+magic+angle

It might be "better" for some applications, yet cost-effectiveness may retain a reasonable market share for graphene.

If you're making things at that scale, you'll need some way to make it move.
