I agree, black out curtains and window tint can help remove the high pitched whining coming from their mouths LOL

Make sure that the window is closed tight or just try adding some cheap foam tape for insulating. That will reduce some of the vibrations from the frame to the window and reduce air movement and help block some of the sound.
