SPEEDY does 30MPG

So I finally hit my goal of 30MPG in a 2006 Mercury Mariner FWD V6

I set highway cruise at 51mph

I have an airdam from a 2011 F-350 attached to front bumper

All front headlights and foglights are LED

Coast with engine on down to 30mph while in drive, then switch to neutral below 30mph with engine running

Engine off at stops when possible

It's amazing what a good technique can do for MPG. How far was this trip over?
