Standing mile 175.6 km/h (109 MPH) end speed

I was testing how my lupo goes the standing mile last weekend.

First run was 171 km/h and second run result 175.6 km/h. Car would have gone a lot faster but that is just a mile and gear changes eat lot of time in my lupo.

Cars setup for the second run:

Video footage of the run:

And all results:

Lupo was faster than "150 hp" Audi A4 1.8T. Of course you dont know if there was any problems with that audi but other 1.8 T are also pretty close to my speeds.

Fuel consumption of that tank was 2.69 l/100km. There were also some pre testing accelerations on the tank, but most was highway and city driving.

That is great fuel consumption...awesome actually, even more-so since you were on it heavy for a couple of miles at least.

On the exact opposite end of the scale this car most definitely drank more fuel than you did, but had a bit quicker top speed though: Ford GT sets standing mile record at 257 MPH | Fox News

Even the 1/2 mile is something: Video: Hennessey Ford GT's 212.9 mph standing 1/2 Mile world record - Top Speed interesting that it took 1/2 mile to get that extra 45mph. Just shows how much wind resistance they are dealing with at those speeds I guess.

The Event must of been a blast, lots of fast beautiful cars. Your car must of gathered a fair bit of attention with its weight reduction and the areo mods, not to mention its fuel economy.

2.69 l/100km is spectacular ! under 3L per 100k, amazing.

That Ford GT is insane fast. The Bugatti V has 1,100 hp Just a measly 900 hp short of that GT.
