superchager as vacuum motor

What if a GM 3800 v6 supercharged engine supercharger were geared down such that it would restrict the engine airflow enough to regulate the engine output without the throttle body, and the speed could be controlled, how much free power could it produce, vacuum differential times displacement times rpm?

Needs to be a positive displacement blower like a Roots, also needs some sort of variable drive otherwise stuff is going to self distruct from lack of feedback

I remember seeing something about a throttle-less intake body meant to be used on Volkswagen air-cooled engines converted for ultralight aircraft usage, in order to avoid the risk of carburettor ice buildup. Other than than, all the gassers without a throttle body that I remember had some sort of control enabling the intake valves to perform the throttling properly said.
