It looks like the Fuji-Imvac 25cc motor has an output of 1.6hp. Perhaps the alcohol conversion increased that output.

1.6hp is very low, it does not seem that it is enough to keep that type of vehicle going, unless normal cruising speeds are low. Do you know how fast the vehicle goes in a cruising speed over long distances?
