TDI adaptor

I want to put a Chevy transmission such as a T56 or 200R4 behind a VW TDI motor. Can anybody help me find an adaptor?

I have never heard of swapping to the GM trans. You may have to get a machine shop to make you an adapter, probably costing you $500. VW automatics are notorious for grenading at 80K when being tortured by a TDI engine. I take it this is why you are looking to swap to a GM trans?

In this case, I want to put it in RWD car, and I happen to have the Chevy transmissions in hand.
