He found out the frame was 1" out of alignment with the axle, so he just added 1" to one side of the floor?

Lots of fun modeling, the guy with the big drip rail made me smile ( box cavities do not have to hurt ), but my takeaway was he did not really understand the 22 degree thing at all. You have to have enough L to get there, and with an 80" high box he was not going to get there.
And ouch, I cut my eyeball on those knife edged vertical corners!

Plus which, maximum taper on the top with zero taper on the sides will lead to vortexes rolling off the horizontal knife edge. It needs to taper the same on three sides.

Plan taper often gets sacrificed for functionality.

We know that, but he didn't even try.
A sheep wagon is a narrow bed with sideboards topped by a bench that runs over the wheels; with a bow-and-canvas top. If the benches had a curved outer ends and the front and rear bows were somewhat smaller that the middle ones, then the resulting shape would be Airstream-ish. More interior volume for the same drag?
Or even U-Haul type construction, with a frame of sheet metal quarter rounds.

I like convertible things that have low drag and open up for living space.
here's an idea!
flat floor. fabric aft body with longitudinal stays drawn together at the end like a duffel bag to get the taper. Get there and let it open like a flower.
