This is for some reason quite unappealing. Though I am sure it will taste just like chicken.

I'll keep eating beef that eats grass, not corn and is raised by real people and chicken that run around eating bugs and food scraps.

Raise your hands .... has anyone here ACTUALLY BOUGHT canned meat like that and ACTUALLY ate it? I've never been even slightly tempted.... i'd rather go kill a sewer rat and cook it than eat that.

You can't buy it yet. It's not on open market.
I've bought processed meat, though. Chances are, if you've ever eaten a boneless ham, or most chicken-like products, you were eating processed meat. Same with any sausage or hot-dog type food.
